By accessing and using Amtory, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

By using Amtory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Amtory is a game server listing and promotion platform. We allow server owners to create detailed listings and players to discover and vote for their favorite servers.

3. User Account

To access certain features, you must create an account:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for the security of your account
  • You must keep your credentials confidential
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
4. Server Creation and Management

If you create a server listing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Be the owner or authorized representative of the server
  • Not post illegal, offensive, or rule-violating content
  • Keep your server information up to date
  • Only use images for which you have the rights
5. Prohibited Conduct

It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Manipulate votes or statistics
  • Spam or harass other users
  • Impersonate others
  • Distribute viruses or malware
  • Automatically extract data (scraping)
  • Exploit security vulnerabilities
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Post hateful, discriminatory, or violent content
6. Intellectual Property

All content on Amtory (logo, design, code, texts) is protected by copyright. You retain rights to content you publish, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and promote it on our platform.

7. Moderation and Sanctions

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove any content that violates these terms
  • Suspend or delete accounts without notice
  • Reject server listings that don't meet our standards
  • Moderate reviews and comments
  • Permanently ban repeat offenders
8. Voting System

The voting system is subject to the following rules:

  • One vote per user per server every 24 hours
  • Any fraud attempt will result in server deletion
  • Votes are limited by IP address to prevent abuse
  • Votes must reflect actual service usage
9. Limitation of Liability

Amtory is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for:

  • Content published by users
  • Quality or availability of listed servers
  • Any data loss or damages
  • Service interruptions
  • External links or third-party services
10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may also terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an update date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
